Due to its special shape (flat) and thin thickness, it is possible to bend it at a smaller radius than conventional round ceramic heaters, allowing for a larger heating surface area in narrow spaces. As a result, it is possible to reduce the power density compared to conventional round ceramic heaters, achieving heating that suppresses rapid temperature increases on the heater surface. 【Features】 ■ Reduction in the number of heaters and wiring work In a three-phase power supply, the number of heaters can be reduced to one-third, and wiring work can be reduced by half. The super flat heater can be directly connected to a three-phase power supply with a single heater. ■ Significantly improved heating efficiency In contact heating, heat is transferred through surface contact rather than line contact as in conventional round ceramic heaters, reducing heating loss and increasing efficiency. ■ Super flat heater that suppresses overheating Due to its special shape (flat) and thin thickness, it is possible to bend it at a smaller radius than conventional round ceramic heaters, allowing for a larger heating surface area in narrow spaces. This enables a reduction in power density compared to conventional round ceramic heaters, achieving heating that suppresses rapid temperature increases on the heater surface.
